Returns & Refunds

A pre-order may be cancelled in writing before we send the payment link. After payment, made-to-order pieces are not returned except where the object arrives damaged or not as described.

Contact us with your order id within seven days of delivery if something is wrong. We will make it right — replacement or refund — once we have seen the issue.

Wear, travel, and ordinary use are not defects.
